AKG D11D Dynamic Microphone
Here's a 1960's AKG D11D Dynamic Microphone! These were originally intended for tape recording and have similar capsules to the AKG D190E and D1000. I've re-wired this microphone with a balanced output to XLR, giving it the cleanest output possible. This microphone has lo-fi tendencies due to the plastic body, but has a nice full sound that would be usable for a variety of sources (vocals, drums, guitars, effects, etc.). The M/S switch has been bypassed and this one is always in it's full frequency mode. Grab a rare AKG microphone in this D11D to give a nice dynamic option to any locker!
