Sales Policies

In general, all packages will ship within 1-3 days of receiving payment.

Due to the nature of this business, returns are currently not accepted. If you purchase a microphone that you aren’t happy with, please send us a message.

All packages are shipped fully insured for the full value. If a microphone is deemed as lost, you will be refunded for the original purchase amount.

If a product does not function in the way you believe it should, please send us a message. We will offer a refund or repair after receipt of the damaged item
Repairs Policies

Turnaround times depend on current workload. Please check in at the time of your repair request for an estimated wait time. Rush repairs are available upon request.

At the time of your repair request you may request a quote. In most cases the repair cost will be the same as quoted unless noted otherwise during the repairs process. You will be responsible for paying return shipping and any applicable taxes.

At the time the repair is completed, We will ask for an insurance value for the package. We will add an insurance or declared value to the package based on the value that you set. Once the package has been shipped, all policies will revert to either USPS or FedEx. We will send the package back to you with at least the same amount of padding that we received it with.

In most cases, repairs will ship 1-3 days after receiving payment.

Repaired microphones will not ship until payment has been received.

We send invoices through Shopify which allow for payments from all major credit / debit cards and PayPal. There are also financing options available through Affirm.

We take every action possible to prevent the working state of repaired microphones to change during shipping. If the unfortunate event occurs that your microphone is not working as intended, We will pay for return shipping and repair any issues related to our work that occurred during shipping.

I guarantee my repairs for 30 days. If a microphone is clearly not working due to the negligence of the owner, I have the right to charge for the repair again. If it’s been longer than 30 days since your microphone was repaired, check in with me and we will work out a plan to get your microphone working again.

Due to the nature of vintage microphones, there’s always the chance that your microphone may be unfixable, or may become unfixable during the repairs process. By sending in your microphone, you agree to accept any outcome related to the repairability of your microphone.
Rentals Policies

All rentals must be paid for prior to pickup. An invoice will be sent for the agreed upon rates, microphones, and duration of the rental.

Before a rental can be picked up, the signed Rental Agreement form must be filled out and the payment completed. If you’d like a copy of the Rental Agreement, send us a message.

Depending on the availability of the microphone, you may be able to extend the rental duration. Payment will be required for the extended amount of time.

The return date will be stated in the Rental Agreement. All rentals must be returned before the ending time stated in the agreement.

The rental pickup location will be messaged at least 24 hours before the set pick up time.

Rentals must be dropped off at the same location it was picked up from unless otherwise noted.

In normal cases we do not deliver. If you have a special request please message us.

If a microphone is damaged, please immediately contact us. Policies will revert back to the Rental Agreement. In some cases a microphone may be repairable, which you will be responsible in paying for. You may not attempt to repair the microphone on your own, or bring the microphone to a different technician. A total loss number will be set in the Rental Agreement prior to pickup. I do not offer insurance. If insurance is needed, you may do so through an outside company.

At this time, rentals are available in the state of TN. If you have a specific project that you need a rental for out of state, send us a message.

If you’d like to return a microphone sooner than the set time, you may do so. A refund will not be given for the time lost.

If your rental is not working as expected, please bring it back for testing. If we find that the microphone is not working, we will issue you a full refund. If the microphone was not working due to user error, a refund will not be issued.

All rentals will be presented in hard or soft cases.

Rentals may not leave the state of TN unless otherwise noted. You will be responsible for the full total loss amount for any items lost or damaged outside of TN.
