D12's were originally intended for vocal use, but since the 1960's have made their way to kick drums and other sources that require solid low end. This is an early D12 with its original metal body (later ones used plastic). This D12 has been serviced with a diaphragm cleaning and has its original, perfect frequency response. This one has a new XLR and is ready for all studio uses. Aside from a missing label, this D12 is in great condition! This one is also a 60 ohm version (they came in 60 and 200 ohms) so it will need a little bit more gain than a 200 ohm version.
