These microphones share the same capsule as the D19C / BK200, though the D19E has a longer body with three adjustable impedance options (I have this one set to 200 ohms). D19's are known for their condenser-like high end, with a punchy low end that makes them excel on drums. The Beatles made these microphones famous as they can be seen using them for various sources and most famously as a mono drum overhead. This D19E is working great, with its full frequency response.
