Altec 632C Dynamic Microphone
Here’s an Altec 632C Dynamic Microphone from the 1960’s! Altec made a variety of different microphones for broadcast and recording uses - the most popular being the 639 Ribbon / Dynamic and their “Salt Shaker” dynamic microphones. This 632C has a very flat response that makes for nice un-hyped vintage textures. I’d recommend this microphone in any application where a dynamic microphone is generally used! If you’re looking to add some distinctive vintage texture to your sources, this is a nice option. This 632C comes with its original stand adapter (hard to find) and a new cable to XLR.
