Here’s an Amperite RAH Ribbon Microphone from the 1930’s! Amperite was one of the main microphone suppliers in New York City throughout the 1930’s and 40’s. Their microphones were found in clubs and recording studios for major performers. This Amperite RAH has an upgraded Cinemag transformer for modern use. Despite this one’s old age, it has a usable output with a solid low end. This one is dark in character and would blend well with brighter dynamic microphones.
