Shure 315 Ribbon Microphone (#3)
Here's a Shure 315 Ribbon Microphone from the 1960’s! I’ve sold many of these microphones over the years, as they are smooth ribbons with little proximity effect. If you’ve been looking for a close micing, bi-directional ribbon (and more) these are a great affordable option. Shure originally made these as general use PA microphones, but they are great on a variety of sources. While these aren’t the hardest mic’s to find, they always need a full service. This one has a new ribbon and XLR conversion, ready for use! This one has a good amount of pitting to the body, wear to the grills, and is missing the impedance cover; hence the lower price.
