AKG C414EB (Brass CK12) Condenser Microphone
Here’s an AKG C414EB Condenser Microphone from the 1970’s! The original versions of the AKG C414EB had a brass CK12 capsule before AKG switched to nylon capsules. The brass CK12 is sought after for its articulate high end and consistent low end - it’s also used in the AKG C12 and Telefunken 251. Aside from the capsule, this is the most famous of the 414 design and set the tone for one of the most popular condenser microphone styles ever made. This microphone's original brass CK12 capsule was reskinned by PTW Audio, and is in perfect working condition. It will come with its original AKG SA18/3 stand adapter. The body of this microphone has some light finish wear, but is overall looking great. Grab this classic AKG C414EB with its sought after brass CK12 capsule!
