AKG D12 Dynamic Microphone
Here’s a classic AKG D12 Dynamic Microphone from the 1960’s. The AKG D12 is one of the most famous kick drum microphones ever made. These microphones have a full, warm low end that is hard to replicate in other dynamic microphones. This D12 has been serviced and has its full low end. Overall it is in great condition - the only thing to note is a hairline crack in one side of the plastic that has been fixed with epoxy (a common issue with these mic’s). This does not affect the performance or durability of the microphone in any way! If you’re looking for a classic kick sound, this is the microphone for you. This D12 is ready for years of studio use.
