AKG D19 B200 Dynamic Microphone
Here’s an early AKG D19 B200 dynamic microphone from the early 1960’s! D19’s have become classics for their extensive use with The Beatles and other popular bands. Aside from their recognition from use with The Beatles, these are fantastic mic’s when they are performing at their best. Healthy D19’s are punchy, with a bright high end that makes them a great match on acoustics, vocals, drum overheads, and more. Unfortunately, many D19’s have been thrown around over the years and are either broken or don’t have their full frequency response - this D19 for sale is in fantastic cosmetic condition as well as perfect working condition. There are a few different D19 models out there (D19C, BK-Hi, D19E) but regardless of their transformer / grill options all share the same capsule and sound close to one another. This one comes with a period correct clip (not pictured), as well as it’s original connector with a new cable to XLR. Grab this classic + healthy D19 B200 from AKG!
