AKG D19 Dynamic Microphone
Here’s a classic AKG D19 dynamic microphone from the 1960’s! These were made famous by their extensive use with the Beatles in the studio (specifically as a mono overhead on Ringo’s kit). Aside from the Beatles connection, these are fantastic mic’s when in good working condition. It’s difficult to find a clean D19 with it’s full frequency response - buying this one gives you just that! D19’s have a natural high end that adds a realistic depth that not many other dynamic microphones offer. This D19 is great for drums, guitars, vocals, and more. This one is the “Bk-Hi” version however I bypassed the transformer to make it a standard 200 ohms. This one has a mark or two, but is overall looking fantastic for it’s age!
