AKG D24E (Norelco Branded) Dynamic Microphone
Here’s an AKG D24E Dynamic Microphone from the late 1960’s! These AKG D24’s have the exact same internals as a D19 with an added extended grill that was manufactured with vocals in mind. Aside from the grill, the capsule is the same as a D19, making these a more affordable option than a D19 for the same sound. This D24E is a later model with a standard stock XLR. This one is clean for it’s age with it’s full frequency response - ready for overheads, vocals, guitars, and more! These microphones were a favorite live option for Frank Sinatra, The Beatles, and many other popular acts between the 1960’s - 1970’s.
