AKG D88 Stereo Dynamic Microphone
Here’s a rare 1960’s AKG D88 stereo microphone! These were originally made to go along with tape recorders. The sound of the D88 is flat + dry and it picks up a very clear sound in the high end. This could be a great mic to experiment with when adding texture as a room mic, though it sounds nice on individual instruments as well! This AKG D77 is in near mint condition and has been converted to balanced XLR outputs. I love the body of these microphones and they make for a nice open sound.
