Beyerdynamic M130N Ribbon Microphone
Here’s a Beyerdynamic M130N double ribbon microphone from the 1970’s! The M130 has the same ribbon motor as the M160, though the 130 is open on both sides and therefore bi-directional. Due to it’s bi-directional nature, the 130 has a slightly higher output than the 160 with more low end on some sources and a roomier sound overall. The M130 is great on all of the same sources as the M160; guitar amps, drums, horns, and more. This microphone is in great shape for it’s age, with the original ribbons still in perfect condition. Grab one of Beyer’s lesser seen ribbon models in this M130!
