Here’s a vintage Beyerdynamic M260 Ribbon Microphone from the late 1960’s! These were the single ribbon versions of Beyer’s ribbon microphones, which were first released in 1962. Like the microphone for sale tonight, The first versions of the M260 were released in a blue finish. M260’s are fantastic on drums, guitar amps, horns, and more. If you’re looking for a ribbon with a solid low end and a smooth / warm sound overall - this is the microphone for you! M260’s have been harder to find lately and they are no longer made by Beyerdynamic. This one has been serviced with a new ribbon and is ready for studio use! Aside from some light wear to the grill and a few small paint chips in the body, this one is looking great for it’s age. Grab this classic M260 ribbon microphone from Beyerdynamic!
