Grundig GBM 125 Ribbon Microphone
Here are two Grundig GBM 125 Ribbon Microphones from the 1960’s (2 available at $385 each)! If you’ve seen me post these before, you know that these were made by Beyer and have the same ribbon motor as the M260. While their internals are the same, the different bodies / grills give the GBM 125 a light and airy high end that offers a different overall sound and texture. These mic’s sound great on drums, acoustic’s, vocals, and more. If you’ve been looking for a ribbon with nice high end, these are the ones for you. Both of these microphones are in excellent condition for their age and will come in their original boxes with base stands and standard stand adapters. I’ve converted both of these to XLR, wired up for their 250 ohm outputs. Grab one of these unique GBM 125’s that were made by Beyer!
