Here’s a Grundig GDSM 200 Stereo Dynamic Microphone from the 1960’s! These GDSM 200’s are identical to the Sennheiser MDS1, and have two MD409 (402/3) capsules inside. These are the best budget friendly microphones if you like the sound of an MD409, as a typical 409 sells for $600-1k and these get you a stereo pair! I serviced both of these microphones with new foam, added XLR’s, and cleaned diaphragms. These microphones sound great on drums, guitar amps, vocals, acoustics, and more!
