These Russian made, directional ribbon microphones were made with high quality parts, despite their very affordable price tag. The ML-19 is sometimes called a poor mans RCA BK-5B, as both are directional cardioid ribbon microphones. If you’ve been looking for a great ribbon for guitars, drums, vocals, horns, and more, these are for you! Both of these ML-19’s have been serviced with new ribbons, new foam, and new XLR’s. Cosmetically, these are looking good with normal signs of wear to the bodies (one has a small chip in the grill). Grab one of these ML-19 ribbons from Oktava!
