Here’s a rare Primo Model VM-821 Ribbon Microphone from the 1960’s! This Japanese ribbon microphone has rarely come up for sale in the past, and was built with great detail and quality. There isn’t any indication of what Japanese company built this microphone, but it was likely Aiwa or Toshiba. Aside from the unknowns of this microphone, it has great output and a nice full sound with enough low end and high end to use on any source. This VM-821 can easily compete with ribbons double the cost. It has a new ribbon and cable, ready for use!
