RCA 74-B Ribbon Microphone
Here’s an RCA 74-B Ribbon Microphone from the 1950’s! These classic ribbon microphones are a modern favorite for guitar amps and more. These have a simple design with two large block style magnets, and a transformer with taps for 50, 250, and 10,000 ohms (I always sell these wired up for 250). These have a solid output for their age that makes them a desirable ribbon microphone for studio use. This one has a new ribbon, grill cloth, and a new cable. While this one has some pitting and medium to high wear overall, it is functioning perfectly and sounds great! Grab this classic 74-B ribbon microphone from RCA!
