The RCA 77-D was RCA’s poly-directional design, with an adjustable acoustic labyrinth that allows for different bi-directional, uni-directional, and non-directional settings.  These microphones have a nice full sound on their M setting, with bass roll-off options available on the bottom of the microphone (V1 & V2). These ribbons are versatile and make a nice pairing with drums, guitars, vocals, horns, and more! This 77 is in great restored condition with fresh paint, a new XLR cable, new ribbon installed, new grill cloth, and a chromed out logo band and bottom cushion mount (pretty unique looking for these).
