Reslo RV Ribbon Microphone
Here are two early 1960’s Reslo RV’s, presumed to be the first ribbons Reslo ever made. These were made in England and used by The Beatles, Gene Vincent, The Rolling Stones, and more. These ribbons have the classic Reslo sound, however I think the quality of these is slightly higher than the standard RB models. These are perfect for giving a warm, round tone on guitar amps. They are also nice in front of a kick to add some pillowy warmth! Both of these have some standard wear that you’d see on a 50 year old microphone. They both have new ribbons, have been converted to XLR, and have standard stand adapters (hard to find for the British threaded hole). These Reslo’s are ready for use! Own a piece of history and add a warm ribbon to your studio!
