Here’s a Reslo RV microphone, made in England in the early 1950’s. The Reslo RV is likely the earliest ribbon microphone that Reslo made. This microphone is known for it's warm, full sound on guitar amps and more. This microphone features the same ribbon that you'd find in a 60's Reslo RB, RBL, etc. If you’re looking for a ribbon with a pillowy sound, this would make a great option! This one needs some gain and works best on loud sources. It’s difficult to find these microphones with their original cables and standard stand adapters. This Reslo RV has been serviced with a fresh cable to XLR and is studio ready! Grab this classic British ribbon microphone from Reslo!
