Here’s a Ronette R-510 1950’s body that has been modded with a Sennheiser 402/3 Capsule (the same capsule as the legendary 60’s Sennheiser MD409N). These Ronette microphones originally contained crystal microphone elements and the element inside this one was dead. I took an original Sennheiser MD409N capsule and placed it inside, making it sound nearly identical to a 409N. These high quality capsules are famous for their mid-range and depth in the high end. This is a fantastic dynamic microphone for guitar amps, vocals, and more. This Ronette body has a pigtail XLR - ready for use! Grab this modded Ronette R-510 with a Sennheiser 402/3 capsule to get the sound of an MD409N for a much lower price!
