Shure 315 Ribbon Microphone (#2)
Here's a Shure 315 bi-directional ribbon microphone from the 1950’s (#2)! These Shure 315’s have a very flat response with little proximity effect that makes them an effective choice when looking for a smooth, un-hyped sound. I like these on hi-hat, guitar amps, and more. This microphone has been converted to XLR and has a brand new ribbon! While these need some gain, they are great utility ribbon microphones to have hanging around the studio. This one has a new push / release adapter as the original threads had some wear. Grab this classic 315 ribbon microphone from Shure!
