Here’s a Shure 315 Ribbon Microphone from the 1950’s (#2)! Originally designed to be an every day utility microphone, this 315 ribbon has nice results on a variety of sources. These don’t have a massive proximity effect and produce a smooth response with nice mid-range / high end. I’ve set this one up with a new ribbon, cable, etc - this one is studio ready!
