Here's a 1930's Universal Handi-Mike Dynamic Microphone. This microphone has an art-deco look and still works perfectly! The dynamic element still has a full frequency response. I'm surprised by how nice this 90 year old microphone sounds. It has a peak in the high end and not too much low end, but it has a colored vintage tone that would be usable as a room microphone, or for certain effects. It does need a lot of gain, but after gaining it up has a quiet output. I've rewired this one with a new cable to XLR, ready for use! Grab an old piece of history that could be a nice option for unique sounds!
